Super service from Ludovic! His quick responses to emails and texts, and his willingness to work around a small change in plans on our last day, were outstanding. He even stored our suitcase during four days and brought it to our rendezvous. Bikes were in good condition, and I especially appreciated the front suspension. The panniers were spacious and easy to use. As an aside, the Green Way from Macon to Chalon-sur-Saone is a very pleasant trip.

A perfect service, the bicycles were directly brought to our rivercruise Ship A-ROSA LUNA just in time. We got some extras (a bag for each bike, and a bicycle emergency kit). The owner was super friendly. The Pick-Up was also just in time. We will defintly recommend this! Thank your for the opportunity to explore the Frech vineyards by a bicycle.

My wife and I rented a pair of e-bikes from La Bourgogne a Velo for our stay in Chalon sur Saone. The service we received from the proprietor Ludovic was fantastic, he delivered the bikes to the place we were staying at and when there was an issue with one bike, my own fault for giving better instructions Ludovic immediately replaced the bike without complaint. The bikes we rented were in extremely good condition and very well maintained and made our stay in Chalon and our cycling trips out of town a pleasure. We cannot thank Ludovic enough for his service and would happily recommend his business to anyone thinking of renting a bike in Chalon sur Saone. Thanks again Ludovic and we hope to see you again.
